Why this grade
This listing scored 83/100, which is a B. It lost the most ground on remote clarity.
- Pay transparency 25 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Freshness 15 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
- Role specificity 10 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
- Remote clarity 8 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Corroboration 5 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →

Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
Contract Duration: Through July 31, 2027
Industry: Technology & IT / SaaS
Compensation:$1,700–$3,250 USD/month
Experience:6+ Years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
About the Company
Our client is a global technology organization that develops digital products and services used by businesses and consumers across multiple markets.
The organization operates in a highly data-driven environment where marketing, sales, product, analytics, creative, and technology teams collaborate to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
For this opportunity, the marketing team is focused on developing sophisticated multi-channel programs that move priority Mid-Market audiences and accounts through the buying journey and generate measurable pipeline.
About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Performance Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline for the Mid-Market business.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for building and running programs that move priority audiences and accounts through the funnel toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
You will own a portfolio of always-on and campaign-connected programs end to end, including strategy, build, execution, testing, measurement, and optimization. Programs may include account-based initiatives, lifecycle marketing, owned-channel nurture, and signal-based plays.
Lifecycle marketing is a core channel within this portfolio, but this is not a lifecycle-only role. Success requires understanding where audiences and accounts are stalled and building targeted, multi-channel programs that accelerate progression and generate measurable business outcomes.
Why This Opportunity?
This role offers significant ownership over programs directly connected to demand generation and pipeline growth.
You'll work at the intersection of performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle, ABM/ABX, marketing automation, analytics, and creative, partnering with multiple teams to design and execute sophisticated marketing programs.
As a Staff-level contributor, you'll also serve as a senior resource for campaign and lifecycle marketers, helping strengthen progression logic, testing discipline, and marketing automation expertise.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation & Account Growth
- Diagnose where priority accounts and audiences are stalled across the buying journey and build targeted programs to improve progression.
- Design programs that move audiences toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
- Own a portfolio of planned and emerging account-growth plays.
- Test, optimize, scale, modify, or stop programs based on performance evidence.
- Launch signal-based programs when new opportunities emerge, including mid-quarter.
Lifecycle & Multi-Channel Marketing
- Plan and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back.
- Own program strategy, creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Partner with campaign leads on audience progression strategies for major campaigns.
- Design, build, launch, and optimize the programs required to activate those strategies.
- Balance lifecycle initiatives with broader demand generation and account-growth programs.
Marketing Automation, Testing & Analytics
- Set up, test, QA, and deploy programs using Marketo, Eloqua, Braze, HubSpot, or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor funnel velocity and conversion and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build structured test plans and perform and analyze A/B testing in partnership with analytics teams.
- Analyze campaign data, data mapping, program logic, and ROI.
- Use performance evidence to determine which programs should be scaled, optimized, changed, or discontinued.
- Leverage technology, including AI-assisted campaign tools, to improve marketing execution.
Program Management & Cross-Functional Execution
- Develop detailed program and creative briefs.
- Manage creative development with copywriters, designers, developers, and agency partners.
- Accurately estimate and track program costs, timelines, and results.
- Manage schedules from kickoff through tracking codes, legal/compliance review, deployment, and results tracking.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Segment Marketing, Data Operations, Analytics, Creative, and agency teams.
- Serve as a senior resource for other marketers on progression logic, testing discipline, and marketing automation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C multi-channel demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and account/customer acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose funnel and account stall points and build targeted programs in response.
- Experience setting up, executing, and measuring lifecycle campaigns for SaaS products.
- Hands-on marketing automation experience with Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, or equivalent platforms.
- Working knowledge of ABM/ABX and intent data platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, testing, and ROI analysis.
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Understanding of creative best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities independently and cross-functionally.
- Comfortable operating in both planned and emergent environments.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Hands-on exposure to 6sense, Demandbase, or similar intent-data platforms.
- Experience launching signal-based or account-based programs.
- Experience using AI-assisted campaign or marketing technology.
- Experience acting as a senior resource for campaign, lifecycle, or marketing automation teams.
How Success Is Measured
- Priority accounts and audiences progress effectively through the buying journey.
- Programs contribute measurably to SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline.
- Funnel velocity and conversion are continuously monitored and optimized.
- Account-growth and lifecycle programs are tested and improved based on evidence.
- Marketing automation programs are accurately built, QA'd, and deployed.
- Campaign results and ROI translate into clear optimization decisions.
- Complex cross-functional programs launch accurately and on schedule.
- Successful plays are scaled while underperforming initiatives are quickly identified and adjusted.
Why Join Us?
- $1,700–$3,250 USD/month compensation range.
- Fully remote opportunity from Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, or Brazil.
- Own high-impact demand generation programs from strategy through execution and optimization.
- Influence pipeline across Mid-Market audiences and priority accounts.
- Work across demand generation, lifecycle, ABM/ABX, marketing automation, analytics, and creative.
- Operate as a senior individual contributor with meaningful influence on marketing practices.
- Collaborate with highly cross-functional teams in a global technology environment.
Important Notes
This is a full-time contractor position open to candidates based in Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, or Brazil.
This is a Staff-level individual contributor role, not a traditional people-management position. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to independently own complex marketing programs from strategy through execution and optimization.
This is not exclusively a lifecycle marketing role. Strong candidates should bring broader multi-channel demand generation expertise and understand how marketing programs contribute to funnel progression and pipeline.
Hands-on experience with Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, or an equivalent marketing automation platform is required.
This is a remote/telecommute position.
