Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la estabilidad y confiabilidad de las plataformas de nuestro cliente de la industria TI con sede en México de gran escala, minimizando errores en producción y acelerando el ciclo de entrega con los más altos estándares de calidad.
Tus principales desafíos
Diseñar y gobernar la estrategia integral de pruebas manuales (funcionales, regresión, humo, integración, caja negra), asegurando una cobertura total de los requerimientos y la mitigación de riesgos técnicos.
Liderar, mentorizar y coordinar al equipo de QA asignado, distribuyendo las cargas de trabajo de forma eficiente y garantizando que se cumplan las mejores prácticas de la disciplina.
Impulsar la transición hacia la automatización, identificando flujos repetitivos y críticos para construir y mantener scripts básicos de automatización (como pruebas de humo o regresiones iniciales).
Trabajar en estrecha sinergia con las células de desarrollo y Producto, participando desde las etapas tempranas del ciclo de vida (SDLC) para asegurar que los criterios de aceptación e historias de usuario sean claros y testeables.
Monitorear y reportar los indicadores de calidad, gestionando el ciclo de vida de los defectos (bugs), su documentación detallada y el seguimiento de las incidencias en las herramientas corporativas.
Hard Skills:
Experiencia de: 4+ años en el área de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA), con al menos 1 o 2 años liderando equipos de testing o coordinando frentes de calidad.
Conocimiento o certificaciones: Dominio profundo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum), diseño de planes y casos de prueba, y bases de datos SQL para verificación de datos. (Deseable certificación ISTQB o similar).
Manejo de herramientas como: Jira, herramientas de gestión de pruebas (Xray, Zephyr o TestLink), Postman o SoapUI para pruebas de APIs, Git, y experiencia inicial/básica en herramientas de automatización como Selenium, Cypress, Playwright o Cucumber.
Nivel de inglés: No requerido / No aplica.
