Jetzt suchen wir eine:n Senior Marketing & Strategy Manager (m/w/d). Du arbeitest direkt mit den Foundern an Growth, Marketing Operations und revenue-driving Initiativen und übernimmst volle Verantwortung für unsere Marketing- und Growth-Engine.
Aufgaben
- Paid Ads skalieren: Du verantwortest Meta- und LinkedIn-Kampagnen mit 6-stelligen Budgets — nicht optimieren für Klicks, sondern für Conversions und ROAS.
- Conversion Rate meistern: Du optimierst Landing Pages, Funnels und HubSpot-Workflows. Jede Seite, jeder Touchpoint ist ein A/B-Test. Du bringst die Conversion-Rate nach oben, nicht nur Traffic.
- Kanäle knacken: Du findest heraus, welche Paid-Kanäle (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok) für uns performen
- Zahlen sind dein Kompass: Aufbau und Eigentum von Tracking, Attribution und Reporting (GA4, GTM, HubSpot). Du misst alles, kennst deine CAC/ROAS/CPA und optimierst danach.
- Automatisieren & Scale: CRM-Workflows (HubSpot), Automation (Make), Email-Sequenzen
- Bottlenecks beheben: Du findest, warum Leads nicht konvertieren, und fixst es.
- Mittelfristig: Du baust dir ein kleines Performance-Team auf.
Qualifikation
- Du hast schon Growth-Experimente gefahren, die echt was bewegt haben – idealerweise im Start-up-/Scale-up-Umfeld
- Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing und/oder Growth über mehrere Kanäle (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn etc.)
- Du liebst Zahlen: sicher im Umgang mit Analytics/Tracking (GA4, GTM o. Ä.), datengetriebene Entscheidungen sind für dich Standard
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Automatisierungs-Tools (Make, Zapier o.ä.)
- Erfahrung mit Lead-Generation-Plattformen (LinkedIn etc.)
Nice to have
- Erfahrung mit CRM (HubSpot) und Automatisierung (Make, Zapier o. Ä.)
- SEO, SEa und GEO
- Erste Erfahrung im Aufbau kleiner Teams
- Hintergrund in Legal, FinTech oder SaaS
