Jetzt suchen wir eine:n Operations & AI Analyst (m/f/d). Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund:innen, unseren AI-Tools und dem Team. Du löst Fälle, die feststecken, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Prozesse jeden Tag ein Stück besser laufen.
Aufgaben
- Du begleitest Kund:innen durch den Beglaubigungsprozess und löst Fälle, die feststecken.
- Du arbeitest täglich mit AI, die live im Einsatz ist: Voice Agents, Sprachmodelle und Automatisierungspipelines. Du siehst, wo sie überzeugen, wo sie scheitern und warum, und gibst diese Erkenntnisse direkt ans Team weiter.
- Du erkennst, wo AI unserem Operations-Team noch helfen kann, und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
- Du verbesserst Prozesse, statt Probleme nur abzuarbeiten.
Wohin das führen kann
Wer hier gut ist, wächst in Richtung Operations, Customer Success oder Automation & AI und übernimmt schon während des Studiums mehr Verantwortung. Nach dem Abschluss hast du die Chance auf eine Festanstellung.
Qualifikation
- Abschluss oder aktuelle Eingeschrieben in einer Top-Universität (z. B. HSG, WHU, TUM, LMU) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bist zuverlässig und strukturiert.
- Du verwendest jeden Tag selbst AI-Tools, um deine Arbeit schneller zu erledigen.
- Du bist echt neugierig auf AI und willst verstehen, wie die Systeme funktionieren, nicht nur Prompts reinwerfen.
