Heute geht es um eine Einsteigerstelle als Junior GTM Engineer bei einer Clay-Partner-Agentur.
Die Agentur:
→ Offizieller Clay-Partner
→ Baut signalbasiertes Outbound für B2B-SaaS-Startups
→ Klein, founder-geführt, Ziel: 2 Mio. Umsatz in unter 3 Jahren
→ Ein Founder, der technisch denkt, empathisch führt und in sein eigenes und dein Wachstum investiert. Du lernst direkt von ihm.
Was du konkret machst:
→ Du übernimmst ab Monat eins 2 bis 3 Kundenaccounts
→ Du baust Kampagnen mit Clay, Claude Code und dem restlichen AI-nativen Stack
→ Du sprichst mit Kunden. Erklärst Ergebnisse. Fixt, was nicht läuft.
→ Du machst die Delivery schneller, damit jeder Kunde weniger Zeit kostet
Das Geld:
→ 40-50k Grundgehalt, plus vorraussichtlich 10k Umsatzbeteiligung im ersten Jahr
→ Umsatzbeteiligung an jedem Kunden, den du betreust
→ Ein Weg zum Head of GTM, zu 80k+ Gehalt
Nicht "vielleicht irgendwann". Diese Person soll Partner werden.
Wen ich suche:
→ Du brauchst keine 5 Jahre Erfahrung
→ Du hast Clay, Claude Code etc. schon angefasst und kannst Beispiele zeigen
→ Du kommst aus dem SDR- oder BDR-Umfeld oder von ganz woanders
→ Du hast Business-Verständnis und denkst technisch
→ Und du bist hungrig. Das kann dir niemand beibringen. Die Tools schon.

→ 100 % remote
→ Deutsch C1, die Kunden sind deutschsprachig
→ Zeitzone MEZ ±1 Stunde
→ Start asap
