Sales Entry level Full Time
Zinit is an AI-powered procurement platform helping leading enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, find suppliers, run competitive sourcing, and unlock savings. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been sourced through our bidding platform. Our founders bring experience building and scaling businesses, multiple exits, and backgrounds at McKinsey and Harvard Business School.
The Role: full-time and REMOTE. You will find, reach out to, and qualify leads using a modern sales stack (Apollo, GetSales, Smartlead, Close, Attio) and our in-house AI agents, working with procurement leaders (including C-level executives) at the largest companies in the US (e.g., Tesla, Magna, Ford Motor Company, Exxon). You will work directly with the VP of Sales (15+ years in enterprise sales) and receive daily mentorship.
Opportunities: expected promotion to Junior Account Executive within 6–9 months; be among our first US sales executives, with unlimited growth across IC and management tracks, and potential equity down the road.

Requirements: 1–2 years as an SDR/BDR or junior salesperson; English B2+; strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical mindset; college degree; go-getter mindset (you will hear "No" 100 times before one "Yes"); discipline; coachability; resilience under stress and a strong work ethic.
