Job Description:
1. 离线数仓建模： 基于业务发展需求，主导离线数仓的维度建模与架构重构，建设并维护高可用的公共中间层 。
2. 数据治理与质量： 牵头建立数据质量保障体系，制定并落地数据治理规范。
3. 负责跨系统的差异核对（如财务对账、跨系统时间戳统一）、核心数据口径统一与修改 。
4. 语义层建设： 推动统一语义层的建设与维护，降低业务使用数据的门槛，为未来的 AI Agent 接入做好底层数据结构准备 。
5. 性能优化与架构迭代： 持续优化现有的批处理任务，提升离线数仓的产出效率与资源利用率，缓解业务需求积压情况 。
Job Requirements:
1. 5 年以上数据仓库建设经验，拥有交易或电商平台业务场景下的数仓从 0 到 1 或从 1 到 10 的建设经验。
2. 精通 MaxCompute、DataWorks 等阿里云大数据组件，精通 SQL，具备极强的复杂任务调优能力。
3. 深入理解维度建模理论，能够将复杂的业务逻辑（用户生命周期、衍生品合约等）抽象为清晰的数据模型 。
4. 必须具备加密货币行业经验，熟悉交易所核心业务逻辑者优先考虑 。
5. 具备高度的数据敏锐度与严谨性，对数据准确性有极致追求。
