- Unterstützung bei Fragen zur Software-Konfiguration
- Identifikation von Problemen und Sammlung relevanter technischer Informationen
- Erkennen, wann eine Eskalation an Level 2 oder das Product-Team notwendig ist
- Strukturierte Dokumentation von Problemen und Lösungen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch zeitnahe Kommunikation
Dein Profil
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Kundenorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Troubleshooting-Mindset und Freude daran, Ursachen zu identifizieren
- Grundkenntnisse in Handlebars.js oder vergleichbaren Templating-Sprachen (bzw. Bereitschaft, sich zügig einzuarbeiten)
- Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau oder fließend
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung oder Anpassung von Reports/Templates (Z.B., HTML/CSS)
- Grundverständnis von Webanwendungen
- Basiskenntnisse zu M365, APIs und HTTP-Statuscodes
- Erfahrung in der Software-Konfiguration und Identity Access Management
- Grundlegendes Sicherheitsbewusstsein (Passwörter, Phishing, sichere Gerätenutzung)
