Developer Senior Full Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join an international delivery team supporting a growing technology platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, front-end architecture, and the delivery of scalable, accessible, and production-ready applications.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of front-end components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization, while establishing engineering best practices and mentoring other developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive React applications and reusable component libraries using TypeScript.
- Apply modern React practices, including functional components, hooks, state management, and modular architecture.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization.
- Implement automated unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and quality gates using Azure DevOps.
- Optimize applications for accessibility, performance, browser compatibility, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, address technical debt, and establish front-end engineering standards.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
- Document technical decisions and transfer knowledge to internal developers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, including substantial recent hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture.
- Strong understanding of component design, state management, REST API integration, and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tools.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and secure web development.
- Professional English communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, particularly PCF controls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or API Management.
- Experience with design systems, UI libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing.
What We Are Looking For
A senior engineer who can independently deliver production-ready solutions, make sound architectural decisions, maintain high engineering standards, identify technical risks early, and coach other developers while working collaboratively in an Agile Scrum environment.
