The Content Coordinator manages content assets and client communication throughout the production process, keeping projects organized and moving from initial intake through final delivery. Working within our existing AirOps workflows, this role serves as a central point of contact between clients, our editor, our stock image vendor, and the Content Production Manager.

This is a coordination-focused role that combines clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. The Content Coordinator ensures that each contributor has the information and assets they need, tracks outstanding tasks and approvals, and flags issues that could affect production timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content projects across each stage of production, following established AirOps workflows and internal processes.

• Collect, organize, and maintain client briefs, source materials, drafts, images, feedback, and final deliverables.

• Communicate with clients to request missing information, share status updates, clarify feedback, and follow up on approvals.

• Coordinate handoffs between clients, the editor, the stock image vendor, and the Content Production Manager.

• Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding requests, keeping production records accurate and current.

• Consolidate client feedback into clear, actionable instructions for the editor and other production contributors.

• Coordinate stock image requests and delivery, ensuring that selected assets align with the content brief and client requirements.

• Check that required assets, revisions, and approvals are complete before moving content to the next production stage.

• Flag delays, unclear requests, missing materials, or scope changes to the Content Production Manager.

• Prepare and organize final content assets for delivery, ensuring that files are clearly labeled and the correct versions are shared.

• Identify recurring coordination issues and suggest practical improvements to documentation, communication, and workflow execution.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience in content coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar client-facing support role.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide clear, professional updates to clients and internal contributors.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-ups.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing content versions, feedback, and production assets.

• Comfort working within established workflows and learning tools such as AirOps.

• Ability to distinguish routine coordination needs from issues that require escalation.

• A proactive, dependable approach to keeping projects moving and closing communication gaps.

• Experience working with B2B SaaS clients.
