Hey, wir sind Bendt Brothers. Zwei Brüder, ein Fokus: E-Mail-Marketing wieder sexy machen. Weg von Rabatt-Spam und Template-Langeweile, hin zu Mails, auf die sich Kunden freuen und die richtig verkaufen.
Bei uns arbeitest du nicht am Fließband. Es geht nicht darum, Tickets abzuhaken, damit die nächste Mail rausgeht, egal wie sie performt.
Stattdessen trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden neue Rekorde aufstellen, Grenzen verschieben und ihre eigenen Erwartungen übertreffen.
Und das nicht für irgendwelche Shops, sondern für Marken, die du wirklich kennst: mymuesli, Pammys, zeroLabs, Supernaturals, FAVLY und viele mehr.
Aufgaben
Hast du Bock auf verstaubte Asana-Boards und chaotische Canva-Projekte?
Wir auch nicht.
Was du stattdessen machst:
- Du schreibst Copy, die trifft und verkauft.
- Du designst Mails in Figma, die man am liebsten einrahmen würde.
- Du baust alles in Klaviyo, von Kampagnen über Flows bis zu Pop-ups.
- Du arbeitest mit modernen KI-Systemen, die dir die Fleißarbeit abnehmen.
Qualifikation
Fähigkeiten & Erfahrung
- Du arbeitest seit mind. 1 Jahr intensiv mit Klaviyo und hast Kampagnen, Flows und Pop-ups schon selbst gebaut.
- Du bist sicher in Figma und hast ein sehr gutes Auge für Design.
- Du hast bereits Copywriting-Erfahrung.
- Du bist digital versiert, arbeitest strukturiert und denkst analytisch.
- Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist unerlässlich.
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im E-Commerce oder in einer Agentur
Einstellung & Herangehensweise
- Du übernimmst 100% Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse.
- Du denkst in Lösungen statt in Problemen und gibst dich nicht mit Mittelmaß zufrieden.
- Du liebst es, dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du willst, dass unsere Kunden erfolgreich sind, und gehst dafür auch mal die Extrameile.
