O que buscamos:
Buscamos um profissional com experiência em desenvolvimento e arquitetura na plataforma ServiceNow, focado em soluções para o setor financeiro. Este papel, com atuação remota, envolve a colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares para entregar soluções robustas e eficientes.
Responsabilidades:
• Desenvolver, configurar e sustentar soluções no módulo FSO (Financial Services Operations), garantindo aderência às necessidades de negócio do setor financeiro;
• Projetar e implementar integrações entre ServiceNow e sistemas corporativos (bancos de dados, datalakes, CRMs, entre outros) utilizando REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub ou ferramentas de middleware;
• Criar e personalizar Service Portals, widgets e interfaces de usuário, garantindo uma experiência intuitiva e eficiente;
• Colaborar com equipes de arquitetura, governança e negócio para definir e aplicar boas práticas de desenvolvimento e design na plataforma;
• Realizar análises técnicas, testes, troubleshooting e otimizações de performance em scripts e integrações;
• Elaborar e manter documentação técnica detalhada de soluções, integrações e fluxos desenvolvidos;
• Apoiar a equipe de ServiceNow em projetos de rollout, upgrades e melhorias contínuas;
Requisitos e Qualificações:
• Experiência comprovada no módulo FSO (Financial Services Operations) e/ou CSM (Customer Service Management);
• Conhecimento sólido em integrações (REST, SOAP, API Management, IntegrationHub);
• Experiência no desenvolvimento e customização de Service Portals, incluindo widgets e componentes front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS);
• Domínio de Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies e Data Policies;
• Capacidade de atuar em ambientes ágeis e multifuncionais;
• Inglês aavnçado/fluente.
Diferenciais:
• Certificações ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) e/ou FSO Implementation Specialist;
• Experiência com outros módulos da plataforma (ITSM, CSM, ITOM);
• Conhecimento em boas práticas de segurança e governança ServiceNow;
• Experiência no setor financeiro ou bancário;
