Human Resources Marketing Entry level Contractor
This is a remote position.
Working approximately 10 hours per week initially, with the potential to expand over time, this remote contract position plays a key role in supporting the growth and operational efficiency of a UK-based public speaking and executive leadership coaching business. The role combines essential day-to-day business administration with creative marketing support, ensuring smooth client relationship management and consistent brand visibility.
Communication is managed primarily through Zoom, WhatsApp, and email. Working independently in a self-directed, responsive manner, the role involves maintaining organised CRM systems, assisting with administrative priorities, and driving monthly marketing communications and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Keep the CRM system and sales lead records up to date to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and follow-ups.
Assist with day-to-day business administration, including occasional follow-ups on outstanding invoices and general tasks.
Participates in a short weekly catch-up meeting to review sales leads, set priorities, and track action items.
Design and execute a monthly newsletter via Mailchimp using provided written content, ensuring an engaging, contemporary, and brand-consistent design.
Create visually appealing social media posts using Canva and assist in organizing and implementing the wider content plan.
Proactively contribute marketing and social media ideas, staying informed of current trends to enhance brand engagement.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in virtual assistance, CRM management, and general business administration.
Strong skills in Canva and Mailchimp.
Demonstrated ability in social media content creation and visual design.
Highly proactive approach with the ability to offer creative marketing suggestions and collaborate on strategy.
Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, self-motivated work style.
Comfortable working independently and communicating via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email.
Desirable Requirements
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (handover and training can be provided).
