Why this grade This listing scored 66/100, which is a C. It lost the most ground on pay transparency. See the breakdown
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Freshness 15 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
- Pay transparency 12 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Remote clarity 8 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Role specificity 6 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
- Corroboration 5 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →

Be the friendly first voice that fills our events
You're an outgoing person who loves talking with different personalities. You build rapport quickly, you keep the details straight, and you're at your best when the phone, inbox, and chat are all active at once. If that sounds like you, the Precoa ACEP Support Team wants to meet you.
This is a remote customer service role built around one of our premier lead sources: advertised community education events. You're the first person families talk to, and you start your day early with a team that notices good work and helps you grow.

Connect in the way people prefer.
- You'll communicate by phone, email, and chat, adjusting your approach to each person. You'll become a confident, versatile communicator, which is a skill that carries into any career.
Work as part of a team.
- You'll take direction from different team members, balance competing priorities, and raise a flag early when something looks off. You'll build trust and a reputation for craftsmanship, and that opens doors to what's next at Precoa.
