A ConnectPlugé um ecossistema de soluções para gestão de foodservice e varejo. Produtos como Frente de caixa (PDV), autoatendimento, delivery, cardápio digital, programa de fidelidade entre outros módulos.

A Vaga:
BDR | SDR - Canais JR - Curitiba - PR
Tarefas:
Trabalhar no formato Inbound e Outbound Sales;
Conhecer o mercado de trabalho e perfil de parceiro ideal;
Conhecer a fundo as ferramentas de prospecção e seus processos;
- Agendar ligações e/ou reuniões de clientes qualificados com o hunter de canais;
Responsabilidades:
Manter o trabalho organizado dentro das ferramentas de prospecção.
Interagir com a equipe e com o Head sugerindo melhorias na forma de execução das tarefas e processos.
Buscar ser especialista em prospecção de parceiros.
- Entender a necessidade e objetivos de cada cliente para melhor alinhamento de recursos para ele.
Conhecimentos e Competências:
- Já ter atuado com atendimento ao cliente;
- Habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;
- Ser usuário e ter habilidade para uso da informática e tecnologia.
- Ser dinâmico;
- Saber lidar com negações de clientes;
- Rápido aprendizado, capacidade de assimilar, aprender processos em um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico.
Desafios:
- Aumentar o numero de parceiros da CPlug diante do crescimento exponencial que a empresa está apresentando.
Formação:
- Ensino superior cursando.
O que buscamos para iniciar o processo:
- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente de forma remota.
Horário de trabalho: Segundas a Sextas das 9 as 18h.
Remuneração: R$ 1739,00 + Comissão - CLT
