¿Qué buscamos?
Expertos en jardinería residencial con experiencia operativa en Estados Unidos, que deseen compartir sus conocimientos técnicos y su experiencia emprendedora con estudiantes hispanohablantes a través de clases en vivo por Zoom.
Requisitos principales:
- Vivir actualmente en Estados Unidos.
- Experiencia comprobable en mantenimiento de jardines residenciales en EE.UU.
- Conocimiento en zonas climáticas, tipos de césped, poda, riego, control de plagas y selección de plantas nativas.
- Dominio en uso de herramientas como podadoras, bordeadoras, blower, entre otras.
- Habilidad para explicar, enseñar y motivar en español.
- Experiencia previa como emprendedor/a en jardinería (pasado o actual).
- Buena conexión a internet, cámara, micrófono y un espacio adecuado para clases virtuales.
Funciones:
- Impartir clases en vivo de forma personalizada y práctica.
- Compartir su experiencia y resolver dudas técnicas de los estudiantes.
- Colaborar con la construcción del temario al programa.
Modalidad:
- Trabajo 100% remoto.
- Pago Competitivo por hora trabajada.
