Du berätst Unternehmen u.a. in folgenden Themenfeldern:
- Du begleitest als Fachexperte die Berichterstattung nach US-GAAP und US-bezogene Transaktionen.
- Du leitest Projekte zur Umstellung der Rechnungslegung auf US-GAAP.
- Begleitung von Transaktionen und Börsengängen in Europa und den USA.
- Beratung von führenden Start-Ups entlang der gesamten Finance Roadmap.
- Entwicklung von rechnungslegungsbezogenen Lösungsansätzen bei Unternehmenstransaktionen (M&A Deals, IPOs, Carve Outs, Pro-Forma Finanzinformationen).
- Du bist für das Projektmanagement und die operative Umsetzung verantwortlich und bist zusammen mit einem Director oder Partner direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten.
- Du übernimmst Personalverantwortung für jüngere Kollegen und unterstützt bei Akquisitionstätigkeiten.
- Über die Mitarbeit bei Fachpublikationen oder innovativer Themenentwicklung freuen wir uns!
fähigkeiten mit denen du punktest
- Du hast Dein Master-Studium mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen und mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Unternehmensberatung oder einem Industrieunternehmen.
- Projektarbeit begeistert Dich und Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich US-GAAP und ggf. IFRS.
- Projekte meisterst Du eigenverantwortlich und unterstützt weniger erfahrene Kollegen sowohl fachlich als auch methodisch.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und engagierst Dich für Deine Mandanten.
- Das technische Handwerkszeug im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen beherrschst Du genauso wie die fachliche Mandantenkommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch.
