Wir bei Simplyright helfen unseren Kunden dabei, ihr Recht schnell und unkompliziert durchzusetzen. Unser Fokus liegt unter anderem darauf, unzulässige Kontogebühren von Banken zurückzufordern oder zu viel gezahlte Beiträge während des Lockdowns von Fitnessstudios zurückzuholen. In unserem Team mit 11 bis 50 Mitarbeitenden arbeiten wir gemeinsam daran, juristische Prozesse für Verbraucher zugänglich zu machen.
Deine Aufgaben im Backoffice
Du bearbeitest Kundenanliegen und administrative Vorgänge im Innendienst.
Du pflegst und verwaltest Kundenakten im System.
Du stehst im telefonischen Austausch mit Mandanten und betreust sie bei Fragen zu ihren Verfahren.
Du korrespondierst schriftlich über unser Ticketsystem mit Kunden.

Für diese unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit 40 Wochenstunden bringst du Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit im administrativen Bereich mit. Wenn du dich in den Aufgaben wiederfindest und nicht jede einzelne Anforderung zu hundert Prozent erfüllst, freuen wir uns trotzdem über deine Bewerbung.
Deine ersten Monate bei Simplyright
In den ersten Monaten wirst du dich intensiv in unsere Abläufe im Backoffice einarbeiten, Kundenakten eigenständig bearbeiten und den direkten Kontakt zu unseren Mandanten übernehmen. Du lernst unsere internen Systeme kennen und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig bei der Durchsetzung von Kundenansprüchen.
Vergütung und Benefits
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Gehalt im Rahmen von EUR 2,500–2,800 per month. Du profitierst von flexiblem Homeoffice und kannst komplett remote arbeiten. Zudem unterstützen wir dich mit bezahlten Krankheitstagen und zusätzlichen Urlaubstagen.
