- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit sehr gutem Erfolg (Master oder Promotion) in einem MINT-Studiengang, Psychologie oder VWL sowie fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohes Technologieverständnis
- Neugier sowie Bereitschaft zur permanenten Weiterentwicklung und Erarbeitung neuer Themenfelder
- Kommunikationsgeschick und Teamgeist
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (projektabhängig)
