Responsibilities
Build and improve automation processes based onAirtable
Strong experience integrating AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) into workflows for content generation, decision-making, and process optimization
Design and implement new features and automations
Debug and improve existing automations and workflows
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into solutions
Ask clarifying questions and propose structured approaches
Prototype and develop solutions using AI tools
Document processes and product logic (Confluence or similar)
Support users in Slack (basic questions, setup help, troubleshooting)
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and simple way, as the role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders
