Analyze billing, AR, and revenue trends to identify risks, variances, and optimization opportunities.
Leverage AI-assisted analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in billing, AR, and revenue data.
Evaluate and implement AI solutions for process automation, control enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Support audits and compliance, preparing necessary documentation.
Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements for scalability.
Establish and monitor KPIs for billing accuracy, collections, timeliness, and revenue realization.
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
5+ years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of billing systems, AR management, revenue recognition principles, and GAAP compliance.
Experience managing invoicing and collections for complex contracts (e.g., subscription, usage-based, or service-based models).
