We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Director, Healthcare Partnerships help expand and deepen partnerships with healthcare providers and systems across the country.

In this role, you will work directly with healthcare executives and external organizational leaders to identify workforce challenges, develop partnership opportunities, and drive measurable business growth through customized education and workforce solutions. Success in this role will be measured not only by the strength of relationships built, but by the ability to generate new partnerships, expand revenue opportunities, and create long-term organizational impact.

You’ll play a central role in helping healthcare organizations address critical staffing shortages, strengthen talent pipelines, improve retention, and create scalable workforce development initiatives in allied health, nursing, healthcare administration, and leadership development.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage executive-level relationships with larger, multi-state hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations nationwide with the goal of generating new partnership opportunities, expanding enterprise engagement, and driving revenue growth.

• Identify workforce gaps and align Risepoint solutions to organizational priorities including recruitment, retention, career mobility, leadership development, and employee upskilling initiatives.

• Generate and cultivate new partnership opportunities by identifying prospective organizations, leading discovery meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and facilitating negotiations for partnership agreements. Own the business opportunity from initial contact through execution to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations by helping connect workforce challenges to scalable education and talent development solutions that deliver measurable organizational outcomes.

• Build opportunities to develop and manage executive-level relationships with large, multi-state, and regional hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations in a defined territory with the goal of generating new partnership opportunities, expanding enterprise engagement, and driving revenue growth.

• Ensure pipeline development and progression towards assigned goals and provide reporting to leadership on a regular basis.

• Collaborate with internal academic, workforce, and operational teams to develop customized workforce development solutions that support client growth, employee development, and talent pipeline expansion.

• Support partner initiatives such as apprenticeship pathways, career ladders, clinical workforce pipelines, leadership development programs, and employer-sponsored education models designed to improve workforce stability and organizational performance.

• Develop compelling partnership proposals and business cases that clearly demonstrate measurable ROI, workforce impact, employee outcomes, and long-term value creation for partner organizations.

• Help healthcare organizations realize value in Risepoint solutions and implement innovative workforce strategies that improve hiring pipelines, retention, internal mobility, and workforce sustainability.

• Navigate multi-stakeholder healthcare environments and long sales cycles with confidence, professionalism, and strong business acumen.

• Manage partnership opportunities throughout the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and executive engagement through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, launch coordination, and account expansion.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution, partner satisfaction, and ongoing growth opportunities.

• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and partnership activity within Salesforce to support performance tracking, reporting, and revenue growth objectives.

• Represent Risepoint at healthcare and workforce development conferences, executive meetings, and industry events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

• Stay informed on emerging trends impacting healthcare workforce transformation, employer-sponsored education, talent development, and healthcare labor market dynamics.

• Build brand credibility and market awareness through thought leadership, relationship development, and strategic industry engagement.

What Success Looks Like

• Establish and grow strategic healthcare partnerships that generate measurable revenue growth. This equates to 2-4 new contracts per year.

• Drive sustainable business growth that creates the opportunity to expand the regional team, with additional hiring aligned to business needs, revenue growth, and organizational priorities.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities and successfully convert opportunities into signed agreements

• Drive adoption and expansion of workforce development solutions within partner organizations

• Uncover opportunities and implement solutions that help healthcare organizations improve recruitment, retention, career mobility, and workforce sustainability outcomes

• Develop trusted executive relationships that lead to long-term partnership growth and account expansion

• Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver successful workforce solutions and strong partner experiences

• Contribute to Risepoint’s market growth, industry presence, and long-term client satisfaction through consultative engagement and execution

• Ultimately, success in this role requires balancing relationship-building with strong business development execution and measurable organizational impact.

How Impact Will be Measured

• Achievement of annual partnership development and revenue growth targets – 2 to 4 new contracts per year for the region to achieve 100% of goals.

• Sign and successfully launch new healthcare partnerships.

• Pipeline generation, opportunity conversion rates, and overall sales performance

• Successful execution and adoption of workforce solutions within partner organizations

• Contribution to market expansion, brand visibility, and strategic growth initiatives

• Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality partner experiences and measurable workforce outcomes

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Experience That Matters Most

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, consultative sales, workforce solutions, managing and leading teams, or healthcare relationship management

• Proven success driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems, healthcare organizations, or other complex enterprise environments

• Demonstrated ability to manage long consultative sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making processes

• Experience meeting or exceeding performance goals, partnership targets, or revenue objectives

• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with strong project management, pipeline management, and time management abilities

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience That’s Great to Have

• Knowledge of U.S. higher education, healthcare workforce trends, and employer-sponsored education models

• Familiarity with workforce development initiatives including apprenticeships, career pathways, and healthcare talent pipeline strategies

• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and partnership performance

• Experience working with healthcare workforce development, continuing education, or talent solutions organizations
