About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands on Performance Strategist (Demand Gen) to work with B2B technology, SaaS, and fintech clients.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing strategy, working directly in ad platforms, analyzing performance data, speaking with clients, and supporting junior team members.

You will manage multiple client accounts and work directly with clients to improve paid media performance, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Launch, optimize, and manage campaigns directly within the ad platforms.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue.
• Work with large datasets and create reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
• Explain performance results and recommendations clearly to U.S. clients and stakeholders.
• Build media plans, pacing plans, and growth strategies for client accounts.
• Work with data and measurement teams when more advanced reporting or dashboards are needed.
• Review and QA work completed by junior performance specialists.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 3–5 clients, depending on account size and complexity.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads, with experience in at least 2 of the 3 platforms required.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, or fintech clients.
• Strong demand generation experience with an understanding of the full sales funnel and how paid media contributes to MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $100K+ per month is preferred, but the client can be flexible for candidates with very strong SaaS/tech experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of performance reporting, attribution, conversion tracking, and full-funnel measurement.
• Strong English with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client conversations independently.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to explain data and recommendations instead of simply reporting numbers.
• Comfortable being hands-on in the platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and QA.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Experience managing $200K+ in monthly ad spend.
• Experience with additional paid media channels such as YouTube, TikTok, or programmatic.
• Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Experience with attribution, incrementality, or multi-touch attribution.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior performance marketing specialists.
