Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Representative to join us at Denova. You’ll bring proven experience selling professional services within procurement, data and finance, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and translate complex business needs into credible commercial conversations. You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline, developing relationships with decisionmakers, and identifying valuable growth opportunities across the market. We are looking for people who can work mid-shift & late-shift.

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities

• Engage and build relationships with procurement, finance, and transformation leaders

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and re-engage dormant opportunities

• Conduct research on target accounts, identifying hiring trends and transformation signals

• Support multiple sales channels and outreach strategies

• Build, track, and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot

• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to drive results

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communication or a related field - mandatory

• Experience selling professional services in procurement, data or finance - mandatory

• 1–3 years’ experience in a B2B SDR, sales or lead generation roles - mandatory

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory

• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and HubSpot

• Strong communication skills with solid commercial awareness

• Interest in procurement, finance or business transformation

• Proactive, curious, and resilient mindset

• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven sales environment

• Experience in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise B2B environment is preferred
