Your impact:

• Plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance.
  
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies focused on performance, profitability, and scalability across global and US markets.
  
• Own product feed and catalog setup, optimization, and ongoing management to maximize reach, relevance, and conversion.
  
• Create clear briefs and work closely with design, motion, and creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives based on performance insights.
• Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact.
  
• Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights.

About you:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads e-commerce campaigns across global and US markets.
  
• Experience with Shopping, Performance Max, or catalog/feed-based campaigns, and understanding of product feed and catalog setup and its impact on performance.
  
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
  
• Experience with the creative side of performance marketing and scaling acquisition strategies.
  
• Familiarity with AI tools for creatives, research, or workflow automation is a plus.
  
• Intermediate+ level of English or higher.
  
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong business and performance focus.
  
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.
