Job Description and Duties

Sentral seeks a commission-driven Director of Business Development to source and close new management agreements with multifamily and hospitality owners across Sunbelt markets. You will originate owner relationships, develop pipeline, conduct prospect tours through Sentral properties, and close management agreements. This role is central to Sentral's growth strategy in high-velocity multifamily and hospitality markets.

This will be a remote position with travel and we would prefer to have someone located in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, or Texas.

This will be an hybrid role which will work remotely and travel to local markets with our Development Team.

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 / year
