Als Trainee wirst du von Beginn an begleitet, gecoacht und gefördert, mit dem Ziel, dich zu einer lizenzierten Finanzberaterin bzw. einem lizenzierten Finanzberater zu entwickeln.
Dein Aufgabenbereich
Einstieg in die Finanzberatung: Du lernst, wie du Kundengespräche professionell führst, Bedarfe erkennst und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anbietest.
Vertrieb & Kundenbetreuung: Du unterstützt bei der Akquise und Beratung von Neukunden und baust schrittweise deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf.
Finanzplanung & Analyse: Du erstellst Analysen und Konzepte in den Bereichen Absicherung, Vorsorge, Investment und Vermögensaufbau.
Praxisnahe Ausbildung: Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Beratern zusammen und lernst alle Kernprozesse im Vertrieb kennen.
Teamarbeit & Mentoring: Du wirst persönlich durch Kevin Kehr begleitet – mit klarer Struktur, Feedback und individueller Förderung.

Das bringst du mit
Abitur oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer/höherwertiger Abschluss
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau oder Muttersprache)
Wohnsitz in Deutschland
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
