Product Marketing Specialist – Remote Europe (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help shape how SecurityBridge brings its products and capabilities to market.

You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to translate complex technical capabilities into clear positioning, compelling customer value, and effective go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to market and competitive intelligence.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, buyer-focused value propositions.
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies and plans across key focus areas, including Compliance, AI, and product releases.
• Develop positioning and messaging for products, capabilities, and use cases.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and messaging testing tovalidateassumptions,strengthenpositioning,and improve messaging.
• Work closely with Product Management to understand product developments, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Support Sales and Pre-Sales with product narratives, competitive positioning, and enablement.
• Collaborate withthe rest of theMarketingteamon product content, campaigns, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing.
• Experience in cybersecurity, or compliance-focused enterprise software.
• Proven experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience conducting customer research and turning insights into actionable messaging and go-to-market decisions.
• Strong ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use customer, market, and performance insights to guide decisions.
• Experience developing sales enablement and customer-facing content.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience within SAP or enterprise IT.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in an international B2B software environment.
• German language skills are a plus.
