We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments. You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.

Things You’ll Be Doing:

Cold Calling

• Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
• Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
• Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.

Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn

• Personally owning every reply that comes in from automated email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
• Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.

Campaign Oversight & Reporting

• Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
• Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
• Keeping CRM hygiene tight in HubSpot and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of outbound SDR experience with a strong cold calling background;
• Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
• Metrics-driven: you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
• Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
• Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
• Reliable CRM hygiene and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
• Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.

How We Hire:

• Recruiter Interview (~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
• Practical Task (~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
• Hiring Manager Interview (~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
• Final Interview (~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
• Offer & Onboarding — if it's a yes, we move fast.
