What the listing never says

  • 20 bullet points. Long requirement lists deter qualified candidates, who read them as hard gates. Scope clarity

The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

Open. Remote, United States. Full time.

Companies come to Broadcastwell through the free check and the Absence Index. This role owns the buying conversation that follows: it turns the observed answers and the cited sources into a decision the buyer can check, across the $490 Category Audit, the $2,900 Fix Sprint, the 90-day program and white-label reports for agencies.

Responsibilities

• Run every buying conversation on the observed answers and the cited sources, never on a pitch.

• Take a company from the free check or its Absence Index record to a $490 Category Audit, and from a delivered Audit to the $2,900 Fix Sprint or the 90-day program.

• Sell white-label reports to agencies that want the Category Audit under their own brand.

• Say plainly when the evidence is inconclusive, or when the buyer does not need us.

• Keep the account record current, log every objection and keep the terms exact.

• Never promise a placement, a rank or a lead.

What we look for

• Three or more years selling software or evidence-based services to marketing leaders at B2B software companies.

• Writing that persuades without adjectives, with an example you can show.

• Comfort with a $490 first order that has to earn the next one.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Where and how

• Remote only, hiring in the United States. Relocation is allowed.

• Broadcastwell is a team of consultants and engineers. Sairam Sivakumar, Founder, is accountable for every order.

• Hours are flexible within US time zones, and work is judged on output.

How the work is measured

• Cash retained after the refund window, not bookings.

• Qualified conversations held.

• Time from a buyer's first reply to the first order.

• Refund rate.

Pay and terms: $80,000 to $95,000 base a year, $140,000 to $160,000 on target, full time, no equity, no visa sponsorship. Applications close 31 December 2026.

How we hire

• Every application is read by a person.

• One conversation about the role and the method.

• One paid sample task, where the role calls for it.

How this was produced

Highlights are found by rule, not by a model: each one is a phrase matched at a known position, and every note is a template we wrote. The two scores come from a typed-decision model (Jev) that reads the listing against the official role definition and real listings for the same role, and returns probabilities rather than prose — it never writes any of the words on this page, and never chooses what to highlight.

Deterministic penalty applied to the HR score: 4 points (from 89 before penalties). Reviewed 30 Sep 2026.
