- Passende Creator, Experten und Persönlichkeiten für neue Produkte identifizieren
- Langfristige Partnerschaften aufbauen und verhandeln
- Creator-Deals mit Fixvergütung, Affiliate und Revenue Share entwickeln
- Creator-led Product Launches von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Launch begleiten
- Storylines, Content Angles und langfristige Onboarding-Kampagnen entwickeln
- Bestehende Influencer und JAWLINER Athletes betreuen und weiterentwickeln
- Content- und Performance-Daten analysieren und daraus neue Strategien ableiten
- Outreach, Calls, Verhandlungen und Creator Management eigenständig übernehmen
- Skalierbare Prozesse für Creator Acquisition und Partnerships aufbauen
Qualifikation
Wir suchen ausdrücklich keinen klassischen Social Media Manager.
Du solltest bereits echte Erfahrung in mindestens einem dieser Bereiche haben:
- Influencer Marketing

- Creator-led Brands
- Influencer-led Product Launches
- Creator Commerce
- Affiliate Marketing
- Revenue Share Partnerships
- Talent Management
- D2C / Consumer Brands
Ideal ist, wenn du schon selbst Creator von der ersten Ansprache bis zu einer langfristigen Partnerschaft oder einem Produktlaunch begleitet hast.
Außerdem solltest du stark in Kommunikation, Verhandlung, Sales Calls und Social Media sein und sehr selbstständig arbeiten können.
