Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die End-to-End Verantwortung für Influencer Performance Kampagnen – von der Creator-Auswahl bis zur Budgetsteuerung, Optimierung und Skalierung
- Dabei steuerst du alle Kampagnen konsequent entlang von ROAS, Umsatz, CPA und Wachstum
- Du sorgst für den Kampagnenerfolg durch gezieltes Scouting, passgenaue Buchung und starke Preisverhandlungen mit Creatorn
- Du entwickelst performance-orientierte Briefings, die klar auf die KPIs unserer Kunden einzahlen
- Du analysierst zentrale Performance KPIs (ROAS, Revenue, CPA, Neukunden) und leitest konkrete Optimierungen ab
- Du testest kontinuierlich neue Creator, Formate und Plattformen, um Kampagnen weiter zu skalieren
- Du unterstützt den Aufbau eines langfristigen Creator Pools und entwickelst unsere Influencer-Datenbank weiter
Qualifikation

Du konntest bereits wertvolle Erfahrung im Influencer Performance Marketing (Agentur oder Brand) sammeln und hast Kampagnen erfolgreich umgesetzt

Dein analytisches Verständnis setzt du gezielt ein, um Performance KPIs wie ROAS, Umsatz und CPA zu steuern und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

Du bist sicher in der Budgetsteuerung und nutzt diese gezielt zur Performance-Optimierung und Skalierung

Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Kampagnen im Multi-Brand-Setup den Überblick

Dein Verhandlungsgeschick setzt du zielorientiert bei der Auswahl und Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern ein
