Do you like helping people and solving problems? Customer Contact Services (CCS) is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to support CTI, our automotive division. CTI partners with car dealerships nationwide to handle inbound calls, run outbound campaigns, and book service appointments, helping dealerships stay connected with their customers and run more efficiently.

No automotive experience needed. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the dealership side. What you bring is customer service skill, a professional phone presence, and comfort with computers.

This is a fully remote position. You'll need your own computer and home office setup that meets our equipment requirements (listed below).

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Identify what each caller needs and guide the call to resolution

• Schedule service appointments for dealership customers

• Share accurate information about dealership products and services

• Process online reservations and update customer records

• Document every interaction clearly and accurately

• Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed

• Meet Quality Assurance standards

• Stay current on client programs through ongoing training

• Other duties as assigned1

What You Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or higher

• At least one year of call center or customer service experience

• Confident computer skills, including typing and moving between multiple programs at once

• Strong spoken and written English, including correct spelling and grammar

• Clear, accurate documentation habits

• Good judgment with confidential information

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A genuine commitment to excellent customer service

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday

• Shifts scheduled within our operating hours of 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. CST

Remote Work Setup
Computer requirements include:

• Windows 11

• Intel i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 processor or better

• 8 GB of RAM or more (installed physical memory)

• Two monitors

• Webcam

• Wired USB headset

• Wired ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
