Als Praktikant Kommunikationsdesign & UX/UI-Design (m/w/d) übernimmst du die strategische und visuelle Weiterentwicklung unseres Online-Auftritts. Du übersetzt komplexe Inhalte in präzise, moderne und überzeugende digitale Kommunikation – und trägst aktiv zur Marken- und Growth-Strategie von energized& bei.
Aufgaben
- Analyse unserer Zielgruppen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam, um Key Messages, Value Proposition und Content-Logik zu schärfen
- Weiterentwicklung von Corporate Design, UI und UX auf Basis klarer strategischer Leitlinien
- Konzeptionelle Neugestaltung der gesamten Website-Struktur
- Visuelle und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Designs und konsistente Anwendung der Marke auf allen digitalen Kanälen
- Aufbau einer klaren Service- und Navigationsstruktur, die unsere Positionierung als Commercial Growth Partner spiegelt
Qualifikation
- Du studierst Kommunikationsdesign, Webdesign oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast bereits eigene Web- oder UX/UI-Projekte umgesetzt
- Du denkst strukturiert und kannst komplexe Inhalte in klare Informationsarchitekturen, User Journeys und Navigationslogiken überführen
- Du beherrschst gängige Design-Tools wie Figma oder Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) und Website/CMS-Tools (Webflow)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und bist motiviert, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
