Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien zur Förderung der Dienstleistungen der Claudius Wurth Agrarberatung.
- Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbern im Bereich der Agrarunternehmensberatung, um Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren.
- Koordination und Durchführung von Werbe- und PR-Kampagnen, einschließlich der Erstellung von Inhalten für verschiedene Medienkanäle.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im landwirtschaftlichen Sektor.
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Messen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Gewinnung neuer Kunden.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Agrarwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in der Agrarbranche oder im Beratungsumfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie kreative Denkweise
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und -kampagnen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstorganisation sowie die Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team als auch eigenständig zu arbeiten
