Remote Project Management
Wir unterstützen aktuell eine etablierte SAP-Consulting-Organisation bei der Besetzung einer spannenden Projektleitungsrolle im SAP-Umfeld.
Das Unternehmen ist Teil eines internationalen SAP-Netzwerks mit über 4.000 Mitarbeitenden weltweit und bietet End-to-End Leistungen rund um SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP sowie SAP Transformation Services.
Für den weiteren Ausbau der Projektlandschaft in Deutschland wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit gesucht, die SAP-nahe IT-/Transformationsprojekte steuern und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern agieren kann.
Aufgaben
- Definition und Steuerung von Projektzielen, Scope, Deliverables, Budget und Ressourcen
- Planung und Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen sowie Reporting an Management und Steering Committees
- Moderation von Workshops sowie Anforderungs- und Prioritätenklärung zwischen Business und IT
- Steuerung von Testphasen, Fehleranalyse und Qualitätssicherung bis zum Go-Live und in die Stabilisierung
- Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement sowie Sicherstellung von Standards, Dokumentation und Governance
- Koordination externer Dienstleister und Kontrolle von Budgets sowie Projektkosten
Qualifikation
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in SAP- oder IT-Projektumgebungen (z. B. Rollouts, Migrationen, Prozessoptimierungen)
- Erfahrung als (Teil-)Projektleiter, Workstream Lead oder PMO
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung in Workshop-Moderation, Anforderungsaufnahme und Stakeholder-Management
- Erfahrung in Testmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Go-Live-Begleitung
- Erfahrung in Budgetplanung und Steuerung externer Partner
