Business Development Lead

TH Experiential is looking for a driven, relationship-savvy new business leader to join us as our Business Development Representative. You should love the hunt and have a robust skillset for identifying the right brands, opening doors, and turning conversations into revenue. This role is a rare opportunity to help shape the growth of an established agency in the $128B experiential marketing industry, where your hustle and ability to open doors that lead to new revenue, will directly fuel the next chapter of our business. Overview

TH Experiential is an established agency with 20 years of experience designing and producing experiential marketing programs for major brands such as Unilever, Sephora, McDonald’s, L’Oréal, eBay, DoorDash, IKEA, and Nike. As we expand, we need a dedicated “hunter” focused exclusively on new business generation. This person should be someone who can build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and partner with leadership and creative on winning pursuits. This role reports directly to executive leadership and works closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Marketing/Growth, and Operations.
