Aufgaben
Du verantwortest LLM-basierte Features von Anfang bis Ende – vom Prompt bis zu dem, was am Ende beim Nutzer ankommt – und es ist dir nicht egal, ob der Output am Ende wirklich taugt. Du bringst Ideen schnell in einen funktionierenden Zustand, statt auf die perfekte Spezifikation zu warten, und bleibst dran, bis sie auch in Produktion halten.
- Du baust produktnahe Features über den gesamten Stack – mit klarer Tendenz zum Ausliefern und Iterieren statt zum ewigen Feinschliff.
- Du arbeitest an unserer Multi-LLM-Pipeline und triffst bewusste Entscheidungen bei Modellwahl, Kosten und Latenz.
- Du baust Eval-Loops gegen echten Output: Baseline definieren, iterieren und belegen können, was sich messbar verbessert hat.
- Du verantwortest die Nachvollziehbarkeit unserer LLM-Systeme – Tracing pro Schritt und Prompt-Provenance – sodass sich ein schlechter Output bis zu dem Call zurückverfolgen lässt, der ihn erzeugt hat.
- Du entwirfst Human-in-the-Loop-Agent-Workflows: Agenten schlagen vor, der Mensch entscheidet. Nichts geht autonom live.
- Du prototypst schnell, härtest danach ab und bringst deine eigene Arbeit in Produktion – inklusive Konfiguration, Feature Flags und geplanten Jobs.
- Du bringst eigene Produktideen ein, statt nur Tickets abzuarbeiten.
Qualifikation
- Nachweisbares Produktgespür und Tempo: Du lieferst funktionierende Dinge und triffst pragmatische Trade-offs.
- AI-natives Arbeiten im Alltag (Claude, Cursor) als echter Workflow, nicht als Demo.Praktische Erfahrung mit LLM-Orchestrierung (Function Calling, Agenten, Evaluation).
- Du hast LLM-Verhalten in Produktion getracet und damit einen echten Bug gefunden.
- Du kannst erklären, wann eine deterministische Pipeline die bessere Wahl ist als ein Agent.
- Die Bereitschaft, das Deployment deiner eigenen Arbeit zu verantworten.
- Fließendes Deutsch.
