Position: Aerodynamics Writer - Engineering FRQ
Type:Contract
Compensation:$85/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Author original, free-response engineering problems grounded in real industry scenarios.
- Write complete expert-level solutions for each problem.
- Validate difficulty by running problems against three frontier language models until at least one fails.
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in aerodynamics to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a thermofluids/aerodynamics specialization.
- 5+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in external aerodynamics, CFD, wind tunnel testing, propulsion, or vehicle aerodynamics.
Preferred
- Candidates from well-known/blue-chip employers.
