  3. Document all inbound communications and dispatch decisions with clarity, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
  4. Route information and dispatch instructions to relevant responders, consistently following established operational procedures.
  5. Engage in multi-channel communication, managing multiple inbound and outbound streams simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.

  7. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to further enhance the realism and accuracy of AI communications simulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Expertise in ambulance or emergency dispatch operations, including familiarity with incident triage and prioritization.
  2. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and remain composed in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  4. Experience handling multiple communication channels (radio, phone, chat) simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in applying standardized decision-making protocols and checklists.
  6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation of all interactions.
  7. Experience as a dispatcher/coordinator is highly valued; formal certification is not required for this engagement.
