Manages book of business and directs the work of a service team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceive and develop new business leads from Producers, or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities;Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage;Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross-selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage;Service accounts and provide claims support as needed;Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop proper marketing strategies;Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations;Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate level of coverage;Meet with clients as needed or as directed by Producer;Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections;Serve as technical expert, assist department members to resolve complex issues;Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing;Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information);Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceEight (8) or more years of related work experience in Private Client/High Net Worth insurance requiredValid insurance licenseMust continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewalSKILLSProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of a wide array of private client customizable coveragesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving and time management skillsGood planning, organizational, and prioritization skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and de-escalate concernsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamworkAbility to maintain confidentialityWe are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
