About the Team & ImpactJoin the Government of Manitoba’s Digital and Technology Services team to lead SAP BASIS infrastructure efforts. You’ll ensure system stability, performance, and security while guiding a team of administrators in a large-scale ERP environment.Responsibilities

Maintain documentation and compliance standards
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision
Must-Have Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
7+ years in SAP BASIS administration
7+ years in business/system analysis and solution architecture
7+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules
7+ years with Sybase/ASE and Microsoft Office tools
3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams
Experience in large ERP programs and public sector
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Indigenous business participation (Canadian or Manitoba)
Familiarity with Manitoba government processes
Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, TOGAF)
Experience with remote team leadership
