The Senior UX Designer is responsible for understanding customer journeys, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive digital solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes. This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to iteratively design and deliver differentiated end-to-end experiences while contributing to the maturity of our design practice.The Senior UX Designer is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through delivery and continuous optimization—and actively shapes design standards, systems thinking, and team capabilities. This position reports to the UX Design Manager.Job Duties

Understand customer journeys and pain pointsto create intuitive solutions that solve complex problems across multiple touchpoints and user contexts

Contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery, prototyping, and design through delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring user-centered outcomes at every stage

Design holistic experienceswith functional interactions, visual design, and micro-interactions that align with our design system and brand standards

Communicate the rationalebehind every design decision, using data, research insights, and design principles to build stakeholder confidence and alignment

Partner with UX Researchersto champion customer-centric solutions, interpret research findings, and translate insights into actionable design improvements

Contribute to and leverage our design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products while identifying opportunities for component creation or evolutionEstablish and socialize best practices, governance standards, and processes for design documentation, asset management, and cross-team collaboration

Stay current with emerging trendsin UX design, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, AI-assisted design tools, and technology shifts—and recommend improvements to team practices

Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholdersto integrate UX design into agile product development processes and ensure design feasibility
Must Haves6+ years related UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating enterprise product work, design system contributions, and measurable impact on user outcomes

Proven ability to design for enterprise products, applying elegant solutions to complex, multi-user scenarios with demonstrable examples of systems-level thinking and scalable design patterns

Expert proficiency in Figma(or equivalent design tools) for wireframing, prototyping, design system contributions, and collaborative design workflows

Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, design critiques, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery cycles

Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data into actionable design recommendations

Analytical and problem-solving skillsthat extend across products, platforms, and organizational architectures—identifying systemic issues and proposing holistic solutions

Ability to communicate design rationale effectively, presenting user experience data, design proposals, and trade-offs to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Mastery of the UX design process, including product definition, discovery, analysis, design execution, validation, and post-launch optimization

Fluency with design systems, including contributing components, maintaining design tokens, collaborating with engineers on implementation, and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG AA minimum)

Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, balancing competing priorities, navigating organizational constraints, and advocating for user needs within business realities

Familiarity with AI and emerging technologiesas they relate to UX—including conversational interfaces, personalization, automation, and ethical considerations in AI-assisted design
