Why this grade This listing scored 35/100, which is an F. It lost the most ground on freshness. See the breakdown
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Pay transparency 12 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Corroboration 10 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
- Remote clarity 8 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Role specificity 0 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
- Freshness 0 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
-15 Ghost-job penalty — Deducted for signals that this posting may not be a real, currently-open role — staleness, repeated relisting, or talent-pool language.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →
ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer, you will produce brand and campaign design across multiple client accounts, including digital ads, landing pages, social assets, pitch decks and occasional brand systems. Maintain and extend client brand systems, including typography, colour, imagery and graphic elements
Design landing pages, digital ads, social media assets, presentations and other marketing materials
Work from written briefs, asking the right questions before starting rather than after
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, developers and other creative team members to bring campaigns to life
Present and defend design decisions directly to clients, explaining the thinking behind your creative choices
Incorporate client and internal feedback while protecting the overall quality and effectiveness of the design
Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different client accounts
Scope and estimate your own work, and flag when a brief will not fit the time available
Prepare and hand off production-ready files to developers, media buyers and other stakeholders
Keep design files organised and maintain consistent naming, versioning and asset management practices
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment

Experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, landing pages and presentations
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to maintain and work within existing brand guidelines while knowing when and how to evolve them
Comfortable working with limited art direction and taking ownership of the design process from concept to final delivery
Able to articulate the reasoning behind a design decision and connect creative choices to the client's goals
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies before work reaches the client
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
Able to receive, interpret and implement client feedback without losing sight of the original brief and design objectives
Clear communicator who is comfortable presenting creative work directly to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams
