Primary Function:
The Consultant EVIP Signature Experience Specialist serves as the Single Point of Accountability, strategic owner, and project manager for the end-to-end relocation experience of senior-level and executive customers.
This role delivers a highly customized, white-glove experience, independently managing complex relocations with minimal oversight. It requires advanced project management, executive communication, and proactive problem-solving, particularly in global relocations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive-Level Service Delivery & Ownership
• Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations
• Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle
• Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized experience
• Maintain a reduced, curated caseload for exceptional service quality
Project Management & Coordination
• Act as project manager (timelines, risks, deliverables)
• Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Streamline processes to reduce client effort
Client & Executive Engagement
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients
• Provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance
