Overview

MicroTech seeks a Senior Information Manager to coordinate mission information, documentation, and reporting supporting the global MEDEX/MEDXS mission. This key position supports accurate, accessible, and controlled information across distributed teams and operational locations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain mission documentation, information repositories, and reporting products.

• Coordinate information collection, validation, version control, and distribution.

• Maintain traceability among operational requirements, decisions, actions, and supporting records.

• Support knowledge transfer and consistent information management practices across sites.

• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to resolve information gaps and reporting issues.

• Proven experience managing personnel deployments, navigating the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills

• Experience maintaining controlled repositories and supporting operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and a valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance

• 5+ years of experience managing information and documentation for distributed military or healthcare IT programs

Mission Commitment

This is a Government-designated Key Personnel position requiring technical and OCONUS readiness on the first day of performance and continuity throughout the assignment.

Comp Band: $108 - $153K
