The OD & Learning Solutions Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development and learning interventions for client organizations. This role includes conducting needs assessments, supporting competency mapping, and translating business and talent gaps into structured learning and OD solutions. The associate will design and refine training programs and blended learning journeys, while coordinating with facilitators and client stakeholders to ensure effective delivery. Daily responsibilities involve working with learning management systems, creating or improving learning content, tracking program effectiveness through data and feedback, and preparing reports and recommendations for clients. The role also collaborates with internal teams to continuously improve frameworks, tools, and processes that support talent development and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems to design, administer, and track development programs effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to plan, deliver, and evaluate blended learning and capability-building interventions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to create structured, engaging, and outcome-focused learning content and experiences.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present insights and recommendations clearly.
• 5+ years1 of experience in organizational development, learning solutions, HR consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience with assessments, competency frameworks, and data-driven evaluation of learning outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet client timelines.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, gamified learning approaches, and blended learning models is beneficial.
