About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Money as a Service (MaaS) team helps businesses build and scale financial products using Stripe’s infrastructure. Stripe Issuing enables businesses to create and manage virtual and physical card programs, while Stripe Treasury provides financial accounts and money-management capabilities that platforms can embed within their products.
Together, Issuing and Treasury help businesses create integrated financial experiences—from receiving and holding funds to moving money and managing card spend. Our users include high-growth startups, fintechs, software platforms, and enterprises developing new embedded-finance products and business models.
Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who lead and advise on Stripe’s most strategic and complex opportunities. We work closely with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, Finance, and other partners to turn sophisticated financial infrastructure into meaningful outcomes for our users.
What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, Product focused on Issuing and Treasury, you will grow Stripe’s relationship with existing users by identifying new use cases, expanding product adoption, and helping users realize greater value from Stripe’s financial infrastructure.
You will serve as a trusted product and commercial advisor, developing a deep understanding of each user’s business model, product roadmap, technical environment, and growth priorities. In partnership with core Account Executives, you will build multi-year account strategies, uncover whitespace, and lead complex expansion opportunities from initial discovery through activation and revenue realization.
Responsibilities
• Identify and lead Issuing and Treasury expansion opportunities across existing Stripe users, including fintechs, software platforms, startups, and enterprises
• Build and execute strategic account plans that connect users’ business priorities with relevant Stripe products and capabilities
• Develop trusted relationships with executive, commercial, product, and technical stakeholders
• Lead customer discovery, product discussions, business-case development, commercial negotiations, and deal strategy
• Partner closely with core Account Executives to align on account strategy, executive relationships, opportunity ownership, and sequencing
• Help users expand into new business units, geographies, products, and embedded-finance use cases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through solution design, pricing, contracting, implementation, activation, and growth
• Become an internal and customer-facing expert on Stripe Issuing and Treasury, relevant use cases, integration models, and the competitive landscape
• Work with Product and Engineering to synthesize user feedback, identify recurring product needs, and inform Stripe’s roadmap and go-to-market strategy
• Represent product capabilities accurately and develop creative solutions without overcommitting Stripe’s roadmap
• Create scalable go-to-market playbooks, AI-supported workflows, and process improvements in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical Services
• Maintain an accurate forecast and use data and AI tools to prioritize opportunities and improve performance

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities involving executives, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other teams
• Strong commercial judgment, including experience developing business cases, articulating value, structuring deals, and leading negotiations
• Ability to understand sophisticated technical products and explain them clearly to both business and technical audiences
• Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with senior business leaders
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
• An entrepreneurial approach and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and account-planning skill
