Aufgaben
- Du baust und automatisierst Outbound- und Lead-Generierungs-Workflows, z. B. mit Clay, n8n, Make oder Zapier
- Du recherchierst und reicherst Lead- und Account-Daten an und hältst unsere Zielkundenlisten (ICP) aktuell
- Du setzt personalisierte E-Mail- und LinkedIn-Kampagnen auf, testest Varianten und wertest sie aus
- Du pflegst und optimierst unser CRM (z. B. HubSpot), inklusive Datenqualität, Pipelines und Automatisierungen
- Du entwickelst KI-gestützte Workflows, etwa für Lead-Scoring, Recherche oder personalisierte Ansprache
- Du baust Dashboards und Reportings zu Funnel-KPIs wie Response Rate, Meeting Rate und Conversion
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Marketing zusammen und übersetzt ihre Anforderungen in skalierbare Prozesse
- Du identifizierst neue Tools und Kanäle, testest sie schnell und bringst eigene Ideen für Growth-Experimente ein

Qualifikation
- Abschluss oder aktuelle Eingeschrieben in einer Top-Universität (z. B. HSG, WHU, TUM, LMU) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bist zuverlässig und strukturiert.
- Du verwendest jeden Tag selbst AI-Tools, um deine Arbeit schneller zu erledigen.
- Du hast bereits Praktikums im Bereich GTM absolviert
