As the Senior Director / Director of Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management, this individual will work in a highly matrixed environment to help shape the strategic direction and drive execution for company success in breast cancer. This individual will report directly to the Senior Director/Head of Women’s Cancer Lifecycle Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drives commercial strategy and success in breast cancer, working closely with broader cross functional teams to create and support execution of a strategic plan that supports adoption across all stakeholders (e.g., academic and community oncology)

• Lead the breast cancer lifecycle team in defining and prioritizing key indications and developing a roadmap to fill evidence data gaps.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the breast cancer space by integrating real-time customer feedback, publications, data presentations, competitive and market intelligence.

• Define value proposition and messaging framework in collaboration with commercial marketing for Natera’s oncology suite of products in breast cancer based on clinical evidence and the competitive landscape.

• Provide commercial insights to optimize the success of Signatera in breast cancer.

• Partner with Market Access to gain reimbursement for non-covered indications, specifically supporting the development of dossiers for submission to Medicare/MolDx & commercial payers.

• Develop KOL engagement plans in collaboration with marketing, medical, and other cross-functional teams (gain feedback, develop deep relationships, build advocacy)

• Co-develop and co-execute advisory boards in collaboration with medical affairs and perform other market research as needed.

• Frequently present strategic plans and progress on goals to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree preferred (MBA or PhD)

• Breast cancer market experience strongly preferred

• >8 years experience in product marketing, market analytics at a pharmaceutical / biotech company

• Previous KOL management experience preferred

• Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing / biomarkers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to lead without authority, influence and inspire individuals

• Proven strategic agility with an enterprise mindset and ability to operate with executive presence

• Ability to partner and collaborate across a broad range of internal and external partners

• Strong customer orientation and focus, particularly establishing thought leader relationships

• Proven ability to communicate the complex simply (biomarkers, multiple indications, etc.)

• Strong organizational / time management skills; manage and complete multiple projects

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Duties are typically performed in a remote home office setting. This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone/computer, and read printed material. Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times. While the position may be based anywhere in the United States, availability during Pacific time hours is required.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

$153,900—$192,400 USD

Compensation & Total Rewards

This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

This position is also eligible for additional compensation and benefits through Natera’s robust Total Rewards program, including:
